Boyajian Essential Oils

The herb and spice corner holds small quantities of a great range of herbs and spices - mainly sourced from a small local company based in Banbury, Spice Rack Trader, operated by Husband and Wife team, Dean (who is of Italian origin) and Gurdeep (who is of Indian origin). Many of the usual choices are there plus some of the more unusual including sumac, harissa, nigella seeds. If you want something specific, just ask us - we work closely with our suppliers and endeavour to obtain the more different and unusual whenever possible.

Boyajian Pure Citrus Oils These citrus oils are all natural essences cold pressed from the rind of the fruit. Extracts and flavourings don't come close. To appreciate the remarkable intensity of these oils imagine it takes 44 oranges, 66 lemons or 80 limes to fill a 1 oz. bottle of oil. Use sparingly in place of peel or zest. Use 1/2 teaspoon per cup of dried ingredients and use 1/4 teaspoon per cup of liquid. Ideal for baking, or in sauces, dressings, soups, glazes, whipped cream and frostings.
