Seggiano Classic Panettone

Baked in batches of 85! (only!) The only panettone made in the truly traditional way.
Made without modern production-line additives: no emulsifiers! no soya lecithin! no added glucose! no sulphur dixide in the fruits! This baker uses free range eggs, lots of expertise and a good splash of 'passione', to produce this cake that is deliciously moist and completely irresistible. It is, quite simply, the authentic panettone, baked as they were in centuries past.

500g panettone and pandoras now in stock with the whole range being available as of Wednesday 27th October. Limoncello, cointreau and chocolate filling all arriving along with Christmas logs.

Gallweys Irish Handmade Chocolate

Gallweys is a family run business specializing in the manufacture of 100% Irish handmade chocolates. The business was originally founded in 1922 by the Gallwey family in Waterford. The Gallwey name in Waterford goes back generations and in 1835 Henry Gallwey started his famous whiskey blending business, hence the Irish whiskey truffle recipe. Actually the story goes back further to the 17th century when traders from south west Waterford forged links with Spanish and French wine and spirit makers. Many families intermarried and the Gallwey name itself can be traced back to Henrietta Gallwey who became the Marquessa of Goulaine and traded muscadet from western France.
